Dragonfly Retribution

Even before my first novel, Dragonfly Illusion, is published, I've started the sequel. The ominously sounding Dragonfly Retribution has the same main characters, led by the 'hero' Jack Sugarman.

I started Illusion in 2017 and completed it in 2024, so a seven-year effort, but with lots of inactivity between start and 'The End'. My goal is to have a preliminary, indicative, non-binding first draft of Retribution by 31 December 2025. My word count target is 80,000 - Illusion is 97,000 - and I've hit 4,000 so far. Well, 4,027 if you want to be precise. That's only 5% but I'm happy with what's on the page.

Another goal is to keep this blog alive. Stay tuned.
